Carolyn Elsey

Admitted to practice in 1994, for twenty years, Carolyn has focused on helping families in crisis. For 18 years, Carolyn was a sole practitioner, handling cases in all aspects of family law while also working closely with Pierce County Department of Assigned Counsel to provide public defense services. In working with DAC, she served as the lead conflict attorney for the public defense child support docket for 6 years; represented families in juvenile court dealing with the foster care system; and, handled hundreds of cases for patients in state and local psychiatric hospitals. Since joining The Kraft Law Group, Carolyn’s practice has grown to include mediation, civil litigation, both Chapter 7 and Chapter13 bankruptcies, and personal injury.
