Will’s work focuses on business issues involving contracts and leases, employment matters, intellectual property and operations. In his administrative and land use practice, Will works to obtain regulatory approvals, ensure compliance with Federal, State, county and municipal laws, and to resolve a variety of problems including wetlands and shorelines issues, variance applications, street vacations, code violations and boundary disputes in venues ranging from local Hearings Examiners to the Court of Appeals.
